Individual employees and executives also hire us to help negotiate agreements and severance packages, resolve workplace issues, and protect their interests with litigation, if necessary.

When we represent our clients in lawsuits, we are zealous and aggressive advocates for our clients.  We realize that taking a matter to trial is often not the best economic decision for our clients, and so we strive to provide clients all options available to help resolve the problem at hand.  We focus on the client’s best interest, not on options that will merely generate legal fees.  And, when trial is necessary, we have a proven track record of success in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration and administrative hearings.

Our named partner has extensive experience handling employment matters and is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  We work as a team and our complementary approach helps our clients resolve workplace issues promptly and professionally.

Our practice is diverse.  In addition to assisting with routine employment issues, we write, review and provide advice regarding non-compete and other employment-related agreements. We also regularly obtain and defend temporary restraining orders in connection with non-compete provisions and other restrictive covenants.  And when an emergency situation arises in the workplace, we are routinely called upon by clients to help resolve such issues on short notice.
